Qualified Early Years Bank Staff

We are looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our New Beckenham nursery, which offers a warm and well-resourced environment for early years professionals. The role involves supporting colleagues with delivery of the EYFS and ensuring all essential day-to-day tasks are completed.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
