Qualified Early Years Bank Staff

We are looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Preschool. You will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, and work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
