Qualified Early Years Bank Staff

We're looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Hove, New Church Road nursery, where you can work part-time and enjoy benefits such as childcare discount, enhanced parental leave, and pension.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
