Job Description
We're looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Sonning Lane nursery. As a nursery staff, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
- Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
- Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
