Qualified Early Years Bank Staff

We're looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our Bright Horizons Crawley Day Nursery and Preschool. We're an organisation whose culture is driven by our HEART principles – Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.

Requirements

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
• Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable
