Integration Engineer

Bright Machines is looking for an Integration Engineer to support mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assembly of automation projects and work on-site at customer locations to support deployment process. The role requires administrative skills to report project progress and follow up on design to prevent issues during assembly.

Requirements

• Electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics interpretation
• Tool handling
• Assembly of robotic cells and automated equipment
• Review and follow-up of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic design
• Reporting project progress using administrative tools
• Assembly plan development using administrative tools like Gantt, Excel, Jira, etc.
• Providing feedback to engineering team for continuous improvement
• Supporting installation and deployment plans
• Management and leadership skills
• Developing and updating process documentation
• Forecasting and budget administration
• Layout design
• Assembly, repair, and maintenance of robotic controllers, mechanical devices, automation equipment, conveyors, and peripheral equipment
• SolidWorks, eDrawings, and AutoCad proficiency
• Workshop tools handling as lathe, milling, and drilling machines, precision measurement tools, etc.
• Interpretation of mechanical and electrical diagrams
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and ascend heights regularly
• Assertive communication
• Troubleshooting and repair capabilities
• High level of English
