Service Integration Engineer

Bright Machines is seeking a Service Integration Engineer to support the development, testing, and validation of automation projects, and work on-site at customer locations to install and support ramp up process. The successful candidate will have exceptional technical, mechanical, and electrical skills, and be able to interact with a wide variety of people, machines, and settings.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain automated deployment systems
• Recommend process improvements to ensure system scalability and reliability
• Assist in the development and implementation of deployment plans
• Work with the project team to deploy and troubleshoot system applications
• Develop deployment support documentation for customers
• Work with the project managers to develop deployment specifications and configurations
• Assist in new system development and enhancements
• Attend training related to Bright Machines' deployment procedures and standards
• Strong skill to identify issues root cause
• Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner
• Act as primary customer contact for deployment and post deployment related inquiries and issues
• Travel to customer sites for up to 80% of the time business days at a time
