Bright Machines is transforming manufacturing through intelligent automation and software-defined production. As an IT Help-Desk Technician, you’ll be a key partner in keeping our teams connected, secure, and productive across our San Francisco (SF) headquarters and Mexico (MX) operations.
Requirements
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for Windows 11, macOS, and Linux environments
- Manage users and access in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Support and manage devices using Intune (Windows) and Kandji (Mac)
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and Atlassian tools
- Support Wi-Fi, printers, VPN, and general connectivity issues
- Assist with mobile device setup (iOS & Android)
- Image, deploy, and configure laptops and peripherals
- Ship and receive laptops and IT equipment; manage asset inventory
- Set up desks and equipment for new hires
- Conduct IT onboarding and user orientation sessions
- Collaborate with IT and business teams in SF and MX to support remote employees
- Support basic operational devices such as time clocks and badge/check-in systems
