We're seeking a Team Lead for our Digital account team to lead a small team within our larger Account Management department, focused on renewing contracts across our Digital portfolio.
Requirements
- 3+ years closing experience in a SaaS Account Management or New Sales position
- 1+ years experience as a renewal or sales team lead with demonstrated player coaching or leading/mentoring account managers
- History of exceeding targets in both individual quota carrying and team lead positions (MRR preferred)
- Lead generation experience
- Strong presentation skills and credibility with decision makers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong forecasting and operational rigor
- Experience with Salesforce or managing sales cycles through a CRM
- History of working in high-velocity sales environment with a monthly quota
- Bachelor's degree required
