IT Solution Owner, Finance (Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) or Remote)

The IT Solution Owner (ITSO) will be responsible for leading end-to-end planning and execution of technical initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical design decisions. The ITSO will work with senior team members to deliver solutions that are scalable and reliable in a modern cloud environment and help ensure they are delivered on-time and on budget.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT Project or Product Management
• Self-driven ability to understand, uncover, resolve, and recommend options to solve complex business issues with technology solutions.
• Ability to create clarity out of ambiguity—synthesize technical and business perspectives into actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent communicator, conflict, and problem solver.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is required.
