Job Description
The company is seeking a Purchasing Manager to manage and lead the Purchasing Team, develop and maintain cost effective new home construction estimates and supporting budgets, and select and employ quality contractors.
Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively both in written format and in oral presentation
- Able to multi-task and establish priorities
- Proficient in MS Office software applications
- Able to read and understand blueprints and site plans
- Demonstrated knowledge of new home construction process
- Analytical and organized
- Exhibits initiative
- Accepts challenges and new responsibilities
- Must have a valid driver's license
