Purchasing Manager

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for leading purchasing functions, with a strong focus on trade partner management, cost control, and operational execution. This role drives competitive pricing, ensures contract compliance, and partners closely with Construction and Estimating teams to support timely and cost-effective homebuilding operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering or related field required;
• 5+ years of negotiating experience, including leadership experience, preferably within homebuilding or construction;
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required;
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of estimating and purchasing principles as well as residential construction practices and materials.
• Effective negotiating skills, strong communication and time management.
