
Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing nursing services to patients within residential care facilities, behavioral health settings, and/or substance use disorder treatment programs. The role includes maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for clients while performing nursing duties across outpatient psychiatry, addiction services, and housing services.
Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, document medication administration and client progress, conduct medication management, communicate with clients, room clients, complete safety plans and interventions, and assist with general lab work and phlebotomy duties.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and documentation skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and be willing to learn and grow professionally in a diverse environment.
