What You Will Do

Provide essential nursing services across residential, outpatient, and housing programs. Administer medications, perform health and psychiatric assessments, support providers with clinical tasks, and ensure accurate documentation of all care provided.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
• Successful completion of background checks, including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint screenings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and respectfully
• Proficiency in electronic health records and accurate data entry
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and providing high-quality patient care
