Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse

Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurse to provide high-quality, person-centered care to adult men and women in early recovery from substance use disorder. This role blends strong clinical skills with empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for serving individuals affected by substance use and co-occurring disorders.

What You Will Do

Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. Provide patient education on substance use, recovery, and overall wellness.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice
• One year of experience preferred for RN
• Completed graduation from an accredited practical nurse program for LPN
• Ability to read & interpret documents such as lab results and procedure manuals
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Ability to follow direction and accept supervision
