Licensed Practical Nurse- Medication Clinic

Role Overview

Join our collaborative team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support individuals on their journey to improved mental health and wellness. You will provide hands-on nursing care across residential, outpatient psychiatry, and substance use disorder programs.

What You Will Do

Administer medications, perform assessments, support clinical documentation, and collaborate closely with providers and care teams. You will directly impact patient outcomes by promoting safety, continuity of care, and overall wellness within a behavioral health setting.

Requirements

• Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
• Successful completion of background checks including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint screening
