Construction Manager

Brighton Solutions is seeking a telecommunications Construction Manager to oversee field operations for fiber, wireless, and structured cabling projects.

Requirements

• Oversee day-to-day field construction activities for telecom builds (fiber, wireless, small cell, OSP/ISP).
• Manage and schedule crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain schedule integrity.
• Track progress, document work completed, and provide regular field reports.
