Brighton Solutions is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead and manage construction layout projects and survey crews.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on construction layout.
• Proven experience managing survey projects and leading field crews.
• PLS (Professional Land Surveyor) certification is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with clients and project teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior survey staff.
