Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or another human service field, or equivalent combination of college coursework and professional experience
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and access to reliable vehicle
• Ability to speak English and Spanish preferred
• Effective listening and trust-focused relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
