Family Support Specialist

El Hogar del Niño, a leader in early childhood care and education, seeks a Family Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for families applying for center-based services. The role involves recruiting families, validating eligibility, and coordinating services to maximize child and family well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, human services, family studies, or a related field
• Gateways Family Specialist Credential Level 4
• Two years related experience in outreach or casework preferred
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and daily access to reliable transportation required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
