Job Description
We are seeking a Case Manager to work with a dynamic team of professionals and make a real impact in a rewarding field, advocating for patients' rights and ensuring their needs are met throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Nursing, Psychology)
- Clinical case management experience in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of brain injuries and rehabilitation (preferred)
