Job Description
We are looking for a Case Manager to work with individuals with brain injuries, advocate for their rehabilitation and medical care, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Nursing, Psychology)
- Clinical case management experience, preferably in a rehabilitation or healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of brain injuries and rehabilitation preferred
