Job Description
ResCare Community Living is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities. The DSP will perform personal care tasks, foster positive relationships, and ensure client safety.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external
