Foster Care Case Manager

The Foster Care Case Manager works under the supervision of the Program Manager, delivering case management services, individual and family counseling, and training and supervision of foster families. They develop treatment plans, maintain contact with foster families, and monitor child progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related human services field
• 2 years' experience working with children and families
• Ability to make decisions regarding child placement and treatment
• Good verbal and writing skills
• Capacity to work with children, parents, foster parents, client agencies, and courts
