We're looking for a Director of HR to lead our People function, partnering with the COO and executive team to scale our organization thoughtfully and effectively. This is a pivotal leadership role at a critical inflection point.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
- Experience in both large, complex organizations and high-growth startup environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting post close integration work
- Experience partnering with executive leadership teams
- Comfort with operating at both strategic and tactical levels
