We're looking for a Director of Product, Growth to own the vision, strategy, and roadmaps that power Brigit's growth and revenue engines. The role involves leading a team of product managers and partnering with Marketing, Design, Partnerships, Data, and Engineering to unlock new opportunities to expand and engage our member base while ensuring our products remain trusted, accessible, and mission-aligned.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years owning activation, engagement, and retention
- Proven success driving revenue and customer lifetime value in a B2C fintech, subscription, or consumer marketplace environment
- Strong experience with experimentation, funnel optimization, and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mode)
- Deep understanding of mobile product development and monetization in high-engagement consumer products
- Excellent business judgment with the ability to balance short-term revenue impact and long-term customer trust
- Strong customer empathy, particularly for users experiencing financial stress, and a commitment to transparent, user-first monetization strategies
