Account Executive

Brilliant is an innovative branded products and corporate gifting company looking for a strategic Senior Account Executive to drive new client acquisition and expansion. The role is responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through our best-in-class corporate gifting suite of solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, or business development, preferably in corporate gifting, professional services, or SaaS
• Proven track record of self-generated pipeline development within enterprise accounts
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly organized with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Proficient in CRM software, including practicing good data hygiene
