Requirements

• Lead HR planning, prioritisation, and leadership engagement across UK.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, advising on organizational effectiveness, talent development, and change management.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits enrolment, performance reviews, and exits.
• Maintain and update Employee Handbook and HR policies in line with evolving UK employment law.
• Oversee payroll operations, pension contributions and compliance reviews.
• Support compensation, performance management, and talent calibration processes.
