Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Engineer to support our preconstruction lead in providing estimates, quantity takeoffs, and other project-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, prior experience in a Project Engineer or Field Engineer role, and proficiency in various construction software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a Project Engineer or Field Engineer role
- Proficiency with Sage Timberline Estimating, ConstructConnect, BuildingConnected, Bluebeam, and MS suite
- Prior experience with project information management software. CMiC, Procore, Autodesk, and ASTA scheduling experience a plus
