Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 4 years of construction field experience, familiarity with construction concepts, and basic understanding of construction means and methods

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience, 5+ years of construction management experience, experience with a variety of ground-up product types, proficiency with Microsoft suite and project management applications

5+ years of experience in construction industry, extensive knowledge of regional market, and proficiency with project management software

Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience, prior experience in a Project Engineer or Field Engineer role, proficiency in various construction software

5+ years of carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role, high school diploma or equivalent, vocational or technical training preferred
