Senior Superintendent

This Senior Superintendent role focuses on the day-to-day coordination of field construction for a large multifamily project. It involves leadership, mentorship, safety management, budget control, schedule management, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The position requires a strong technical understanding of design documents and project management skills.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience as a seasoned construction professional.
• Successful leadership and completion of large-scale multifamily projects.
• Current driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
• Colorado Class A Contractor License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 Certification
• First Aid / CPR certification
• SWMP certification
• LEED certifications preferred
