The Project Manager is responsible for the financial success of projects, from preconstruction to completion. They will manage financial projections, budgets, subcontractor management, and communication with all parties involved. Requirements

• Create accurate monthly financial projections and cash flow analysis.
• Ensure timely submission of Owner billing and invoice approval.
• Oversee procurement management activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Vet subcontractor change orders and manage change order resolutions.
• Provide solutions to project problems and facilitate team unification.
