Sales Development Representative (AMS)

The Brink's Company is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team in Coppell, TX. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating outreach, and setting appointments for the sales team to close deals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
• Strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, and CRM management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build rapport and engage prospects
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve goals
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
