Technical Analyst

The Technical Analyst plays a critical role within the technology organization by bridging Technology Delivery teams and product development partners to ensure business requirements are translated into clear, actionable system and development specifications.

Requirements

• Partner with product and technology stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate complex business needs into clear, scalable system and development requirements.
• Serve as a key liaison between Technology Delivery teams, product development, and Solution Architects to ensure alignment across multiple systems and platforms.
• Assess technical issues by identifying root causes and recommending effective remediation approaches to minimize disruption and improve solution quality.
• Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of platform technologies, including end‐to‐end system roles, dependencies, and integrations.
