This is a 12 month fixed term contract, with opportunity for extension or permanency subject to business needs and system priorities. This role leads the design and delivery of organisation wide people, culture and change initiatives that support BCEâs strategic priorities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in organisational development, change management, and/or employee experience roles within complex environments, with a strong focus on practical delivery and sustainable outcomes.
- Proven capability in designing and delivering OD and change initiatives, translating strategy into high-quality, implementable solutions.
- Experience working with culture and employee data, with the ability to analyse insights and produce clear, actionable recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build credibility, influence, and partner effectively across senior and diverse groups.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in organisational development, human resources, organisational psychology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
