The role involves driving culture, capability, and change programs across the business, enabling high performance and engagement.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience in organisational development, change management, culture and leadership development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Confidence in communicating complex ideas to senior leaders
