Job Description
Brisk Teaching is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Implementation Specialist to join their Customer Success team. The role involves managing concurrent implementation timelines, working with district curriculum and IT stakeholders, and executing the end-to-end intake and delivery process for district partners. The ideal candidate has experience with K-12 SIS integrations, data cleaning, and validation, and can work independently on tight deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience working with K-12 SIS integrations
- Proven experience in data cleaning, validation, and quality checking
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a high volume of projects on tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High empathy and emotional intelligence
- Experience in edtech or working on products for educators and students
- Ability to learn new technology and products quickly
