Requirements
- Bachelor or Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Minimal 7 years of experience in global organizational effectiveness, change management and organizational development
- Ability to apply data and analytics in talent decision-making, storytelling to engage leaders from concept to impact
- Ability to facilitate senior level meetings and counsel leaders through organizational effectiveness diagnostics and initiatives
- Extensive experience using individual talent and organizational capability assessment tools and diagnostic instruments
- Must demonstrate outstanding judgment and sound business skills with the ability to establish a strong rapport with leaders at all levels
