Associate Director, Organizational Effectiveness and Development

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director, Organizational Effectiveness and Development to partner with business and HR leadership to assess organizational needs, diagnose opportunities, and design impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field
• Minimal 7 years of experience in global organizational effectiveness, change management and organizational development
• Ability to apply data and analytics in talent decision-making, storytelling to engage leaders from concept to impact
• Ability to facilitate senior level meetings and counsel leaders through organizational effectiveness diagnostics and initiatives
• Extensive experience using individual talent and organizational capability assessment tools and diagnostic instruments
• Must demonstrate outstanding judgment and sound business skills with the ability to establish a strong rapport with leaders at all levels
