Requirements
- Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Minimal 12 years of experience in global organizational effectiveness, change management and organizational development
- Experience in scaling OE/Change practices directly with the business and through HR Business Partners
- Ability to apply data and analytics in talent decision-making, storytelling to engage leaders from concept to impact
- Facilitate senior level meetings and counsel leaders through organizational effectiveness diagnostics and initiatives
