Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness and Development

We are seeking a Senior Director, Organizational Effectiveness and Development to partner closely with senior executives and HR leadership to assess organizational needs, diagnose opportunities, and design impactful solutions that enable a high-performance, engaged culture aligned to BMS’s strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field
• Minimal 12 years of experience in global organizational effectiveness, change management and organizational development
• Experience in scaling OE/Change practices directly with the business and through HR Business Partners
