The Associate Director, U.S. Policy Analytics will support BMSâs U.S. policy analytics function with a primary focus on state healthcare policy and reimbursement reforms.
Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MPH, MPP, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5â7 years of experience in U.S. health policy, policy analytics, government pricing, reimbursement analysis, or related roles, with an emphasis on state or federal policy.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing state Medicaid policy, state affordability initiatives, UPLs, or other state-driven healthcare reforms; familiarity with state legislative and regulatory processes is strongly preferred.
