The Director, US Policy Analytics will play a critical role in executing BMSâs U.S. policy analytics agenda, translating complex federal healthcare policy reforms into rigorous, decision ready analyses that inform enterprise strategy, policy research evidence generation, and external policy engagement efforts.
Requirements
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MPH, MPP, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 7â10 years of experience in U.S. health policy, policy analytics, government pricing, reimbursement analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of U.S. federal healthcare policy frameworks, with demonstrated experience analyzing key industry reforms such as Medicare and Medicaid policy changes, the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), or the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
