Director, EUR Content Transformation (m/f/d)

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director to drive European Market Content Transformation, including enabling of Mosaic in Germany and support of other European content hubs.

Requirements

• BA/BS required with advanced degree in business is preferred
• Minimum of 6 years experience in European pharmaceutical content strategy, marketing, or commercial field with a minimum of 4 years in digital content platforms and technologies
• Operational expertise in a Content Hub or similar model
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required
• Ability to travel up to 30% to engage with global teams and stakeholders in support of Gen-AI content hub mobilization, activation, and evolution
