Senior Manager, Content Specialist Germany (m/f/d)

As a Content Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, searchability, and compliance of BMS Germany's content libraries, while partnering with various teams to drive GenAI-enabled content creation and content reuse across the European region.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German
• Deep understanding of metadata standards, tagging protocols, and compliance requirements
• Ability to partner effectively with brand teams, agencies, and regulatory stakeholders
• Skilled in organizing and maintaining enterprise content libraries for scalability and reuse
• Strong capability to interpret data and leverage insights for process optimization
• Experience in content strategy, digital asset management, or marketing operations within a regulated industry (pharma experience strongly preferred)
• Proven track record of managing enterprise content ecosystems and implementing metadata standards
