This position provides global docket services for the Innovation Law Patent Group, ensuring integrity and accuracy of the data and deadlines entered into an IPMS. The candidate must have IP docketing experience in global jurisdiction docketing. The role plays a vital role in ensuring the protection of the company's intellectual property rights by managing statutory deadlines and formal requirements effectively.
Requirements
- Organizing and maintaining records, deadlines and documents
- Communicating actions and deadlines to all stakeholders
- Analyzing, interpreting, and dockets correspondence correctly per respective countries' laws and regulations
- Creating specialty reports based on specific data requests
- Providing ad-hoc training on the IP docketing database to global team members
- Assisting the Docketing Manager with the development and implementation of new docketing policies and procedures
