Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, Cell Therapy Communications, Corporate Affairs to lead the Cell Therapy Communications team and provide strategic direction and oversight for all cell therapy communications initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in the healthcare or related industry with a focus on strategic business communications
- Self-motivated leader with proven ability to drive strategic communication initiatives aligned with broader company objectives
- Strong commercial and development focus and business acumen, including an understanding of how policy, advocacy, pricing and access work together to implement integrated strategies
- Strong understanding of medicine and scientific approaches and/or significant in the area of the science behind medicines is critical
- Solid understanding of the changing global media environment and the role of digital media in reaching key audiences
