Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Director, Cell Therapy Communications to lead the Cell Therapy Communications team and provide strategic direction for all cell therapy communications initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in the healthcare or related industry with a focus on strategic business communications
• Self-motivated leader with proven ability to drive strategic communication initiatives aligned with broader company objectives
• Strong commercial and development focus and business acumen
• Strong understanding of medicine and scientific approaches
• Solid understanding of the changing global media environment and the role of digital media
• A strong record of success and experience in leading and advising senior and executive level employees and teams
