Job Description
The WW Commercialization Skills Development Team is seeking a Senior Manager to collaborate with a dedicated team to develop high-impact learning solutions for Commercialization teams, including CASA, Commercial and 3M functions. The role will evolve the strategic vision for learning support and collaborate closely with various teams to evaluate skills-based training requirements and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree or equivalent required; masterâs degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years learning and development experience
- Experience launching global programs preferred
- Commercialization, AI, Strategy & Analytics experience preferred
- Expertise in AI-enabled content and learning pathway creation tools
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges
- Demonstrated expertise in effective communication, presentation, and facilitation
