Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager to work collaboratively across a fast-paced and complex matrix organization to strategically address business needs and ensure the delivery of value to customers and patients. The role will be responsible for evaluating commercialization learning needs and recommending strategies, tactics, and budget planning processes for assigned products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- 1 year of Sales training experience is required, 2 years Sales Training in Cardiovascular preferred, particularly in structural heart, Atrial Fibrilation and/or Secondary Stroke Prevention
- Demonstrated curriculum design and understanding of adult learning principles including previous experience leading workshops
