As a Senior Manager in the US Commercialization Learning team, you will work collaboratively across a fast-paced and complex matrix organization, developing and implementing key learning objectives, strategies, and tactics to ensure the successful training and development of sales teams. The role involves evaluating ongoing commercialization learning needs, recommending strategies, and developing and implementing standardized training processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- 1 year of Sales training experience is required, 2 years Sales Training in Cardiovascular preferred, particularly in structural heart, Atrial Fibrilation and/or Secondary Stroke Prevention
- Demonstrated curriculum design and understanding of adult learning principles including previous experience leading workshops
- Effective communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proven performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement key learning objectives, strategies, and tactics
- Problem solving and solutions-oriented team player
- Strong business analytics to understand and analyze business and market drivers, develop, execute and adjust business plans
